Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website, by phone, or email.
Payment is required at the time of order via credit card or PayPal for a seamless transaction. If cash is your preferred method, you may opt for cash on pick-up or cash on delivery.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.
Custom orders are available upon request. Any special requirements or requests should be discussed at the time of order.
In the event of an out-of-stock flower or material, we will substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value. If you'd prefer no substitutions, please indicate this when ordering.
Custom floral designs are available by request. For these, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to ensure we can source and arrange your order to your specifications.
Any special requirements or designs should be communicated clearly to ensure we can meet your expectations.
