Delivery Policy
At Maya Plant, we’re all about making your floral experience as easy and beautiful as possible, which is why we offer a simple and reliable delivery service. For just $10, we will deliver your stunning floral arrangement directly to your door within a 40km radius of Kialla, Victoria. Deliveries outside the 40km are possible but you will need to contact us first.
Please note, delivery windows may vary depending on location and order size.

Leave-Behind Policy
If no one is home at the delivery address, if there is a safe place to leave it we will leave it. If there is no appropriate place to leave it, or the weather is too hot or if we are unable to access the delivery location due to locked gates, fences, pets, or any other obstacles, we will leave a card for the recipient to collect their bouquet from our Floral Studio between 8:00 AM and 09:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Please note, if a re-delivery is necessary, a second delivery charge of $10 will apply.
