How to Use

Heating:

1. Place the pillow in a clean, microwave-safe environment with a working turntable.

2. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning halfway through to avoid hotspots.

3. If additional warmth is needed, continue heating in 20-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.

4. Do not exceed 2 minutes of continuous heating.

5. Not suitable for flatbed microwaves.
